About Us

IPMS incorporated in 1995 to provide consulting, planning, process development, software, and management services. In 1998, the company absorbed the technology, operations and services of Intelledge Corporation, a leading electronic shelf labeling and kiosk Technology Company. In 2001, IPMS changed its business model to outsource services.

In October 2007, we were awarded a patent, U.S. Pat. No. 7,287,001, for shelf strips and the production and use of shelf strips. In the 12 plus years while awaiting the patent award, we have continued to develop and improve our processes and systems, further confirming that “we are the authority” in shelf strip production. The results of this work has helped retailers across the country significantly improve revenues and efficiency in store and given us un-matched experience and capabilities.

Focusing on the retail industry, IPMS has established itself as the premier provider of business and workflow improvement in the execution of retail merchandising programs. We provide consulting, planning, process development, software and management services.
