Our approach:
We dedicate Account Managers who serve as the direct contact and support requirements for each of our customers from IPMS headquarters.
In cases where our customers would benefit by having an IPMS representative on-site and it is appropriate to do so, we establish onsite Account Consultants who work side by side and assist in the business processes and coordinate customer requirements with the Account Managers.
In either case, these experienced retail professionals learn the business processes and business rules in place at each of our customers, free up resources and provide proactive solutions to strategic initiatives.
This approach allows IPMS to become an extension of the Merchandising and Operations groups and enables us to constantly recognize and assure the intended strategy of the retailer is executed correctly at the store using our “reset in a box” tools and wide range of service offerings.
