    Digital Press Operator

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Digital Press Operator. 1-2 years of digital printing experience is preferred. Xeikon digital press experience with Chromapress front end is a plus. Applicant should also be mechanically inclined and willing to perform operator and technician level maintenance. A color vision test will be administered as part of the hiring process. Entry level applicants with aptitude in the areas mentioned below are encouraged to apply.

    Account Manager/Planogrammer

Company Information:
IPMS, Inc. is a retail consulting firm providing services to large retailers. We are expanding the Account Management functions within our company on pace with our company growth. Account Management at IPMS, Inc. includes planogramming / merchandising roles and project oriented experiences.

Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts including development, strategy, production, delivery to client and follow up. Ensure proper resources are allocated to fulfill client needs (with Production Management and Business Development). Manage the internal and external communication of client activities acting as the primary point of contact for client.
Assess the needs of our clients and develop strategies to help them improve their business. Perform reviews of solution performance and client expectations. Interacts directly with client executive management and business partners, understands client processes/strategies and proactively provide recommendations and solutions.
Set up, design and maintain of planograms as needed.

Qualifications:
Retail management or merchandising experience of two years or more, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a Bachelors Degree or higher.
Prioritize in a fast paced multi-tasked environment. Prior experience in interacting with retail executive management in corporate level Merchandising and Operations. Exposure to merchandising in a variety of different retail settings, specifically how planograms are used at the store level and how store sets/resets are conducted.
Candidate must understand how to build a planogram in data, structure and fixture and also be able to utilize tools to manipulate the product presentation to achieve the desired results, analyze productivity, and understand working in a multi-planogram/version environment. Proficiency in MS Office programs as well as working knowledge of Space Planning by JDA, Apollo, Spaceman or SAS.

Candidate must also be detail oriented, positive, assertive & pro-active and capable of seeing a job through from the beginning to end.

Must be willing to travel and/or possibly relocate for periods of up to one year or more for on-site support to clients

    Programmer/Analyst

Information Planning and Management Service, Inc., a premier retail consulting company, is looking for Analyst/Programmer(s) at the Sterling, VA Corporate office. The Analyst/Programmer will lead and contribute to the development of PC, Unix, and Mac based systems to meet the operating requirements of the company. Position will be working with two Senior IT professionals to resolve issues and develop solutions in an operations dedicated production environment. This job requires a Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Data Processing or equivalent work experience plus at least five years of experience in commercial (non-government) roles as an Analyst Programmer in a professional Microsoft Windows environment with strong database exposure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop system specifications and consult with managers about company objectives.
Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, and outputs and be able to program or supervise programming of resulting work.
Plan how work is to be carried out to meet targets of the project or team task.
