IPMS announces new “Reset-in-a-box” program for improved retail store execution
Information Planning & Management Service announces new innovations to save retail store labor and further improve the execution of planogram resets at the store level. With our new “Reset-in-a-box” program, retailers can receive a reset kit at each specific store location that includes not only our patented shelf strips, but also all labels, POP, shelf talkers, even variable length and height shelf strips that are integrated in the exact sequence of the planogram. Our proprietary system delivers the kit to the store as it would be used most efficiently by the store personnel, not as it was produced. This new innovation provides the most efficient execution and allows any store person, vendor representative or reset service provider to go from section to section and install all the shelf edge materials in the proper order without having to coordinate between different boxes or separate kits from different providers.
This new innovation focuses on the store view and how to most efficiently execute a planogram reset and was developed based on our industry leading experience with best developed practices of our customers.
