IPMS announces new Peg Templates for Store Merchandising

September 19, 2008 - Information Planning & Management Service, Inc. (IPMS) announces new innovation to assist retailers in the accurate and labor efficient setting of peg sections in a retail store. Utilizing our proprietary software system, IPMS has developed the capability to provide store specific, full size, pegboard templates that include full size product images to indicate the exact placement of peg merchandised products on store fixtures. With the peg template attached to the pegboard, the store associate simply installs peghooks where indicated and stocks the merchandise by matching the actual product to the image on the template. When completed, the template can remain installed to maintain compliance, or easily removed and discarded. Now the same labor savings of our patented shelf strip solution can be realized for peg sections.
This new innovation is capable through our proprietary and flexible software and processes which further highlights the functionality of our patented shelf strip system.
