IPMS announces solution for Store Specific Vendor-DSD assortment resets in retail stores

Information Planning & Management Service announces new capabilities in helping retailers improve execution at store level. By specific identification of the store operations, purchasing, replenishment and reset procedures and then integrating the store specific planograms, IPMS is able to provide an entirely customized planogram reset and shelf integrity solution for retailers with Store Specific Vendor DSD assortment shelf merchandising needs. The new solution provides the most efficient and accurate execution at the store level, whether completed by store personnel, vendor representatives or reset service providers.

Special vendor fixtures, variable store fixture lengths and shelf channel heights, even special label formats within the same planogram are easily set, in sequence, with the same labor saving results realized through our patented shelf strip system. The result is a more complete and even more accurate planogram reset program that takes into account the various vendor fixtures and route schedules that are typical in vendor supported categories within a retail store. This new innovation is capable through our proprietary and flexible software and processes while further highlights the functionality of our patented shelf strip system. This new service extension is yet an even more valuable addition to IPMS’ new and improved “reset in a box” program and our other full complement of services to retailers.
