Overview of Our Capabilities
R/V Link - A web-based system that facilitates communication between retailers, vendors, brokers, and manufacturers. RV Link reduces a retailer’s new product acceptance lifecycle from weeks to days or even hours. By incorporating key work flow processes, this product provides manufacturers with the discipline necessary to achieve efficient category management.
Enterprise Schematic Manager - changes the way you manage planograms. This application classifies your planograms in a well-organized repository, simplifies updates, and makes the data available across the enterprise.
Retail Store Set Manager - Is a tool for capturing the physical infrastructure (layout) and the planograms associated with a store. The system is capable of importing data from AutoCAD drawings, or store data can be captured by an operator via the user interface without CAD files. It allows control, planning & reporting on the entire retail space owned by the chain by aisle, aisle-side, section, fixture, and shelf by Planogram location.
Patented Shelf Strip System - is an enterprise software solution that provides for the proper execution of the company’s category management merchandising strategy. The Shelf Strip System increases the integrity of the store shelves to the schematic, thereby increasing store sales and reducing labor costs.
Planogram Management Service – This is a brand new service offered by IPMS that develops and maintains planograms based on the retailers’ business strategies and merchandising rules. It allows the manufacturers to focus on the actual analysis of the product in the plan and not spend time on the mechanics, “Manage” not do. All major planogram software systems are on site and have the ability to develop and maintain planograms based on your business strategies and merchandising rules.
Kitting/Packaging - We have ability to kit based on store specific strips and other items required to ship in each store’s box.
Software Systems - allow for the integration of the Price Labels, Shelf Talkers & Hangers included in the kit for use in the proper execution for store sets at the store level.
Tracking of Packages/Kits – Ability to monitor the delivery of each kit to enable compliance of stores and management of labor.
National Price Label Library - This is a central repository of federal, state and local jurisdiction rules and regulations, for retail pricing shelf labels. Our database provides a single, up-to-date source for determining compliance with the latest regulations. This uniquely positions IPMS as an authority on label regulations and enables us to accurately advise our customers, avoiding potentially costly compliance violations.
New, Remodel and Reset Store Solutions - produce business processes under which we: receive or retrieve electronically small and large volumes of planograms, price files, PDFs, instructions, etc. necessary to setting or resetting one to thousands of stores. We can produce one foot to millions of feet of shelf edge strips and labels containing the necessary information unique to each store. We will package and ship “Set in a box” or “Reset in a box” to all required locations.
