Planogram Management Service

The Planogram Management Service is a new service offered by IPMS that develops and maintains planograms based on the retailers’ business strategies and merchandising rules. It allows the retailer to focus on the actual analysis of the product in the plan and not spend time on the mechanics, “Manage”. This service is a natural extension that complements our portfolio. We have extensive experience with store planograms that we handle daily from our current customers.

Overview

  • All major planogram software systems are on site and have the ability to develop and maintain planograms based on your business strategies and merchandising rules.
  • Define, document, execute and maintain client specific business rules and merchandising standards for product placement on planograms. Ensure that all Merchandising Standards are met with each planogram.
  • Develop and maintain fixture specifications used in planograms. Recommend new fixtures/merchandising accessories to support merchandise standards.
  • Faster, more accurate planograms implementation and maintenance provide boosts in sales and profits.
  • Coordinate the flow of product and planogram data between IPMS and client.
  • The integrity of the data is always maintained.
  • Produce analysis of sales and margin data to determine product placement for maximum financial return. (Capacity, Target Range of Coverage, Min Presentation, Sales per LnFt/panel).
  • Work on site side by side with customer, learning processes, data structure, environment, culture, terminology, meeting key contacts, etc.
