The Patented Shelf Strip System consists of software and specialized computer printers that create strips of paper or plastic that fit on the edge of the store shelf. Each strip displays product positions that include exactly the information you want at the shelf edge. For example, UPC/EAN barcode, item SKU, price, product image, and even promotional information. Each product position represents exactly where the product should be located on the shelf. The shelf strips are printed to the exact specifications of your specific schematic (planogram).
The Patented Shelf Strip System:
Integrates with leading space planning programs such as Apollo™, JDA Space Planning™, and Spaceman™. It allows for the placement of UPC/EAN, re-order, and stocking codes on strips to streamline auditing and re-ordering tasks. It also produces temporary or permanent strips, in black/white or color. The system is able to print on various paper stocks and textures, even adhesive-backed materials. The system operates from a central location, store level, or IPMS Services Bureau. We can take images from your database, from a provider you work with, or utilize our partnership with an image provider to make sure of full coverage.
